Small program which updates android timezone files to latest version (2011m now). It can be useful, if time zone changed in your Country or Daylight Saving Time abandoned.
After updating files, you can remove this program.
What's in this version:
Some changes in reboot code (can fix for some devices, which cannot reboot automatically)
TZ Database updated to 2011m version (updates for Ukraine, Moldova and Brazil)
