What's in this version:
New feature: The app now allows you to use any valid file name as the PDF document name. You can now use spaces in file names. It should also help those using non-English characters.
New feature: You can copy your PDF files to a folder on the SD card rather than just the root.

New feature: Support for other cloud services such as FTP, WEBDAV, etc by use of the "Share" button to send the PDF to other apps.
